well its Friday the 13th ...2 months in a row? COOL.

UPDATES:

1. my interview with THEREALDEAL is now up and ready for everybody to peep so make sure after you're done here go over to THEREALDEALNEAL.BlogSpot.Com.

2. my hip hop podcast is officially in the works....i have reached out to my boy P. HAZE to be my co-host for the hip hop podcast. we have some cool ideas in the works for it and im hyped on it. we're currently working on the first episode and hope to have it up for you guys to download and jam out to in the coming weeks.

other than that ya'll its a nice Friday in March...2009 the start of some new shit. Live it Up, i sure know im trying to.

well i guess its time for the first installment of FREESTYLE FRIDAY here on my blog....

just a quick 10 minute or so freestyle of some jams i mixed together...take a listen..vibe out for a minute...feel free to leave some feedback. this is just the first run for my freestyle fridays..im thinking we'll do longer sets next week. stay tuned.
